Orders, Pricing & Payment
- Pricing & Availability: All prices are displayed in local currency and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or cancel orders due to stock issues or pricing errors.
- Payment Methods: We accept secure card payments (processed via PCI-compliant gateways like Shopify) and Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Order Modifications & Cancellations: To modify or cancel an order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp (+20 115 429 9886) or email (ecommerce@unimack.com). Dispatched orders cannot be modified.
Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery Windows:
- Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
- Alexandria & Delta: 3–5 business days
- Upper Egypt, Red Sea & Remote Areas: 5–7 business days
- Courier Protocol: Couriers attempt delivery up to 3 times. After 3 failed attempts, the order is canceled and returned.
- No Pre-Payment Package Opening: To maintain product seal integrity and hygiene, package inspection prior to payment is not permitted.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule a delivery date once, within 1–2 business days of the initial date.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- 14-Day Return Window: Unopened, unused, and factory-sealed items in original packaging with proof of purchase can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
- Standard Return Fees: Customers cover the return shipping costs for standard, non-defective returns.
- Final Sale: Discounted items, promotional sales, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or wrong item, report it within 48 hours (2 days) with photo proof. We will replace or collect it with free return shipping within 7–10 business days.
- Refund Processing: Approved card refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection, and typically reflect in your bank account within up to 14 business days.
Intellectual Property & Prohibited Use
- All site content—including text, graphics, logos, images, and trademarks—is the property of Unimack and protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not use our products or content for unauthorized, unlawful, or fraudulent purposes, nor introduce malicious code or scrape website data.
Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
- Unimack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our site, services, or products.
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
