At Unimack International Group, we develop high-quality, accessible
nutritional supplements designed to support health and enhance quality of life every day.
With over 80 products currently being launched both locally and globally, the company is
moving toward redefining human wellbeing by providing advanced health solutions that
combine manufacturing precision, ambitious innovation, and a strict commitment to the
highest quality standards. Unimack journey is rooted in a profound family legacy in
healthcare spanning more than a century. Al-Nayeb family were the first Egyptian family
licensed to trade in pharmaceuticals in Egypt in 1907. Upon returning from his studies
abroad, the grandfather, Mahmoud Al Nayeb, petitioned the Khedive for a permit to open
the first Egyptian pharmacy during the colonial era—a time when the profession was
exclusively reserved for foreigners. Consequently, "Agzakhana Al-Nayeb" (Al-Nayeb
Pharmacy) was established in the city of Banha. It remains standing to this day, serving as a
living legacy of the beginning of a long journey dedicated to community health. Building
upon this enduring legacy, Unimack continues its mission today, developing innovative
health solutions that meet the needs of both current and future generations
