RETURN POLICY

Please note that this Return Policy only applies to products purchased from [Unimack Website] and not from our retailer sites, nor other websites or retail stores. Customers should consult the return policy of the original place of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unopened items that were purchased through the website can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.  We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.  Payments made with a credit card will be refunded to the card used for your order.  Returns will not be accepted after 14 days.

Damaged and wrongly shipped items may be requested to be returned to us within 14 days at no cost to the purchaser unless there are reasonable circumstances why this cannot be done. 

Note: Refunds may take up to 14 business days for processing.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
